By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with the 288ein platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions. All of these documents together form the complete agreement between you and 288ein.

288ein reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. To be eligible to use the 288ein platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 288ein platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 288ein account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any payment details required for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288ein Login credentials, including your username and password. Third-party deposits — where the account holder name on the payment source does not match your registered 288ein account name — are not permitted and may be reversed or treated as potential fraud.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain. 288ein is not responsible for delays arising from network congestion or gas fee issues outside the platform's control. USDT withdrawals on the TRC-20 network are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, subject to identity verification and fraud screening being complete.

• Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account (KYC complete).
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method different from the one used for the original deposit, where technically feasible.
• 288ein reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may vary between 1–5 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Any applicable network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount unless otherwise stated.

288ein is not a financial institution. Funds held in your account do not accrue interest. The platform maintains segregated player fund accounts to ensure that player balances are protected in the event of operational disruption.

288ein offers various promotional bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and USDT-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including the applicable wagering requirement ("rollover"), minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry date.

The following conduct will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.
• Coordinating with other users to place opposing bets that cancel each other out for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.
• Claiming a bonus in bad faith with no intention of genuine play.

288ein reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has been claimed in good faith and is subsequently modified, players will be notified and any wagering progress made under the original terms will be honoured where reasonably practicable.

All bets placed on the 288ein sportsbook and all wagers made in the casino section are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, market, or event. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific game rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that game or market.

For sports betting, 288ein reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• An event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the timeframe specified by the relevant sporting body.
• Odds were clearly published in error (a "palpable error") and a reasonable bettor would have recognised the error.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation affecting the outcome.
• The event result is subject to a formal protest, appeal, or review by the governing body that changes the official outcome.

For cricket specifically — including PSL fixtures, PCB internationals, and other tournaments — 288ein applies Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results where rain or interruption affects the outcome. All in-play cash-out offers are at the discretion of 288ein and may be suspended during certain match phases.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 288ein does not influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

Users of the 288ein platform agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any deceptive practice.
• Money Laundering: Using the 288ein platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. The platform is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted betting software, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any competitive format offered on the platform.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other users' accounts, or any back-end systems. Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain rather than reporting them.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with inside knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any agreement to fix the result of a sporting event.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after wagering deposited funds.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, 288ein's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288ein reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account is found to belong to an underage user or an ineligible person.
• Identity verification documents submitted are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent.
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or match-fixing activity.
• A regulatory body or law enforcement agency issues an instruction requiring account action.
• The user requests self-exclusion under the platform's responsible gaming provisions.

In the event of account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding bonus balances, wagering requirement shortfalls, and any amounts subject to fraud investigation will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.
